Introducing a FREE 6 week running program Powered by ASICS! Perfect to prepare for the Forest City Road Races. This program will help you train for any FCRR distance including the 5km, 10km or the half marathon leading up to the big day on June 9th.
Altra Demo Run - May 16th
Join us May 16th for a demo run featuring shoes from our friends at Altra. You'll have a chance to test out the Altra FWD experience, starting at BackRoads at 6pm. We'll finish the demo run with beverages and good times in the taproom!
BackRoads Social Runs - Every Thursday 6pm
Bring a friend & join us every Thursday at 6PM for a free social run! 5km-10km routes will be provided, ALL paces welcome! Stick around the BackRoads taproom for post-run beverages and socialize with a great group of people!
