BackRoads Fall Rookie Program
This is a great program for the beginner runner or someone returning from injury or a longer break. The gentle, progressive training implements intervals with running and walking that help you complete a 5 km run. This program starts Monday Augst 21st at 5:45pm at BackRoads.
- 10 week Training Program provided for each participant
- $65.00 plus tax
- Monday and Wednesday runs at 5:45 pm
- Instructors who provides excellent support
- Expert advice for running and gear, including shoes
- Positive interaction with other runners and friends

- Culminating 5km fun race to finish the program
