Fall Marathon Program
- 17 week Training Program provided for each participant.
- $105.00 plus tax
- Monday Workouts: 6:00 pm – repeats/intervals, tempo, etc.
- Wednesday Tempo Work: 6:00pm (marathon specific pace work)
- OR Wednesday Social Runs: 6:00 pm – varied distances.
- Saturday Long Runs: 8:00 am (earlier depending on heat) – varied distances.
- Optional Goal Marathon: Toronto Waterfront October 16th.
- Instructors and Group Leaders offer outstanding support.
- Routes provided.
- Facebook private group for important communication.
- Expert advice for running and gear, including shoes.
- Social events and guest speakers – depending upon recommendations by Public Health Officials.
