Spring Running Program
This 8 week Spring running program is perfect for those looking to continue running, stay fit, maintain or build fitness. This program will help you prepare for our 10km and Half Marathon programs. This group will run Tuesdays and Thursdays starting from the store at 6 pm and Saturdays at 9 am.
- 8 week program starting Tuesday May 16th
- Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm, Saturday at 9 am (maybe earlier depending on the heat)
- Tuesday's will be a mix of speed work, intervals, tempo and hills.
- Thursday's are social runs with distance ranging from 5km to 10km
- This is a fun fitness maintenance program before starting longer Fall programs.
- Distance ranges provided for every group run.
- Destination Runs from other parks and trails in the city.
- Full program provided.
- Private Facebook group for program updates, workout descriptions and routes provided.
- Fall Running Programs will start in July and will include a 5km to 10km Program, Half Marathon, and a Full Marathon Program.
