Listen for the BELL LAP! 

Get ready for our second annual Summer Track Festival on the evening of Friday, July 25th! We’re trading the roads for the track at Medway High School in Arva for a night of running magic. 

Experience the thrill of running 12.5 laps (5K) around the oval , as we put a unique spin on running fast! All paces, abilities, and members of the London running community are welcome to join in, with various heats taking you through the evening. And don’t worry—your little ones won’t miss out! We’ve got races for them too, ranging from 100m, 400m, and 1K.

We've started a walking group, meeting at the BackRoads taproom and setting out to leisurely explore local paths, trails and promote health building physical activity. All are welcome with no registration necessary! Our walks begin at 8:00am for the summer season and the next dates are:

An amazing opportunity to get out of the house with your little one and socialize with other parents sharing similar experiences. Walking routes are provided, and we meet back at the BackRoads taproom to enjoy coffee or other post-walk beverages. Babies & Brews is free, informal and everyone is welcome.

Grab a team of 4 friends to form a relay team and run the distance from North London to Broken Rail brewery in St. Mary’s. The run will include a mix of trails and roads and will of course finish with beer and food at the finish.
