Bring a friend and join us every Thursday at 6PM for our FREE social run! Whether you're up for a 5K, 10K, or something in between, we've got a route for you — and all paces are welcome!
After the run, we love to kick back and socialize in our Taproom, where you can enjoy Ontario craft beer, kombucha, coffee, and more. It’s the perfect way to wind down and connect with fellow runners and build meaningful new connections. See you on Thursday!

10k+ Summer Running Program
The 10k+ program is the perfect option for those looking to stay fit or train for a 5K, 10K or up to a half-marathon! The program will prepare you to run this distance for the first time, or help you improve your endurance and speed. It is recommended that you can run 5K before starting this program.
Our 10k+ program has a structure that fosters a strong sense of community, encouraging collaboration and support among runners who have a wide range of experience and abilities.
Half Marathon Summer Running Program
The Half Marathon Program is the perfect option for those looking to improve their speed at the the half-marathon distance! The program will be distance specific to help you improve your half marathon time. It is recommended that participants can run 10km for a long run at the time of registering. If you are training towards your first half marathon, we recommend checking out the 10km + program. The 10km + program is a great option for anyone training towards their first half.
Marathon Summer Running Program
Our summer Marathon program is here! This tailored plan will guide members through a marathon specific training program designed to help you improve your time, or complete the distance for the first time.
Participants will be connected with others who run similar paces to encourage training together. This program is ideal for individuals who can currently run 16km on a “long” run at the time of registration. If you have not run a half marathon yet, we strongly recommend joining our half marathon specific program before this one.
Fall Rookie Program (Learn to Run)
Whether you’re new to running or returning after a long break, this program is designed just for you! If you're curious about running or looking to regain your fitness, we’ve created a welcoming, gentle, and supportive journey to help you reach your goals!
Our mission is to guide you through this process at your own pace, gradually building your endurance, strength, and confidence. With a combination of walking and running intervals, you’ll progress steadily toward completing a 5K run with pride and joy.
This 10-week program is the perfect way to gain strength, feel more confident, and become part of a supportive community cheering you on every step of the way.
