From Beginners to people looking to better their Personal Bests. BackRoads has an open door policy where everyone is welcome at any point in the year. BackRoads Run Club members will receive training programs and organized coaching to optimize their success.

 Run Club Memberships Include:

  • Experienced instructors.
  • Full detailed training programs and organized coaching.
  • Exclusive access to the store Taproom post run on week day runs.
  • Meet one on one with an instructor to discuss goals and training.
  • Special team events as permitted by COVID-19 protocols.

Spring Programs

Rookie Program (5km) 
$40.00 plus tax
Coming Spring 2021

This is a great program for the Beginner runner or someone returning from injury or a longer break. The gentle, progressive training implements intervals with running and walking that help you complete a 5 km run.



10km + Program
$75.00 plus tax
Coming Spring 2021

The BackRoads 10km + group is perfect for those looking to stay fit, or train for a 10 km or up to a half marathon. The program will prepare you to run this distance for the first time, or help you improve your personal best times.



Half Marathon Program
$75.00 plus tax
Coming Spring 2021

The Half Marathon program is perfect for those who are experienced at the half marathon distance and are looking to improve their speed over the distance. This program is designed for those who can already run the half marathon (or longer) distance for a weekend “long” run.

 

Marathon Program
$95 plus tax
Coming Spring 2021

The Marathon program is perfect for anyone looking to either run their first marathon or run a personal best in the distance. The marathon program will be 16 weeks and include a full training schedule. It is strongly suggested to have trained for the half marathon or even the 30km distance before training for a full marathon to avoid injuries.

 

Social Group Runs

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and run group numbers there are currently no drop in social runs. Thank you for understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.
